Cooking method:
Empty the contents of the instant fish curry mix powder into a wok. Add 50ml of water and stir over low heat. Then add in the remaining 600ml of water. When the water boils, add in the fish (pre-boiled lady's finger/long beans). Next add 100ml thick coconut milk. Add salt and tamaring juice to taste. Bring the boil and serve.
